When these clients purchased a loft style condo in one of Hoboken’s luxury buildings, they wanted a home automation system with some style. We provided an Elan Smart Home Automation System that easily controlled the Lutron HVAC, Lutron Lighting, Somfy Motorized Shades and a Multi-Room Audio Video System that put an LG OLED Smart TV and surround sound in every room.
A custom built fireplace houses a recessed LG OLED TV & passive sound bar bringing cinema-quality sound and picture that can compete with the impressive view of the Hudson River and New York City Skyline. The Integra video switcher feeds a number of sources, including Blu-Ray, Apple TV and web based streaming.
The Lutron HVAC & Lighting systems are programmed to home owner’s schedule and preferences. The system knows to shut down when they’re not home, conserving energy. Whenever they deviate from their normal schedules, it’s easy to adjust the home’s comfort controls from their smartphones or tablets.
The dual purpose Somfy motorized window coverings provide both translucent and black out shades. When that afternoon sun beams in through their big windows, they’ll have the option to let some light in or totally block it out.
The master and guest bedrooms are equipped with impressive audio & video systems as well as black out shades, in case anyone wants to watch a movie on a hungover Sunday afternoon.
The rooftop patio is equipped with a kegerator, stunning views and Proficient Speakers strategically set up to provide crystal clear audio without disturbing their neighbors.
